We seek to invest in companies with $1 to $5 million in EBITDA but we can pursue transactions that are both smaller and larger. We will only invest in US based companies. We support owners who want to keep running their business, as well as those looking to transition out of it. We are generally industry agnostic. We seek to invest in businesses with attractive returns on capital and competitive differentiation.
